There is nothing remotely complex about FT mechanics, most consist of left rights, ins and outs and stand on *party/role spot* that give you enough time to resolve. The difficulty comes from the fact you get thrice comes ruin from getting hit and that you're res capped.
Some mechanics are harder than others but most of those mechanics are on magitaur and the ones that aren't are in dead stars (only hard because of bodychecks too)

As I understand it from these threads, people rush to be done with that stuff so the skilled neets and unemployed people (not meaning either disrespectfully, just giving an idea) who are capable of joining your parties so your runs would go smoother, and once you're done you're done and won't have to deal with people who work or have active lives outside the game who'd learn the fights slower and would take longer to clear.
