Finish tutorial, you get 40 rolls. You should be rolling on the support card banner. To be honest, I would highly recommend just rolling for 1 of the good cards, then do a ten roll on umas. The single card wont change anything and you will have a lot more fun

I can get to the end with Gold Ship. The only Late Surger is can consistently win without changing them to a pace chaser is Oguri Cap.

The problem is that most SSR cards are for Pace Chasers or Front Runners. Gold Ship is good even without an SSR card as long as she's not in a moody woman moment during your URA run.
For late Surgers Eishin Flash SR is a good card if you got it as a budget option if you don't have UR card for them. That said even with that Oguri Cap is the only consistent Late Surger and some people just make her a Pace Chaser instead even though there are a lot of anti Pace Chaser skills.
