“Burn in MD is FINISHED!” and then it’s just a nerf that doesn’t affect 99% of combats and only affects the 1% by making it take 2 turns instead of 1. Seriously, enemies do NOT have more than 990 health outside of the floor 4 and 5 bosses, it’s not gonna slow down the team by more than one whole minute per MD. Incredibly overrated nerf. Plus, why are people acting like burn has NOTHING else going for it? Purloined Flame is also really good.

On the other hand, Charge and Sinking getting buffs is quite welcome, as previously those were the worst teams to run in MD and now they are far more powerful and interesting. The dream of spamming s3’s all MD as charge will be real.

It's a double-nerf, they hit both Glimpse and Chicken. Boss fights will take longer because Glimpse deals less damage, but regular fights will also take longer because you can't inflict loads of count with Chicken. It only applies to your first three hits right now, so all the burn count will be stacked on the first enemy and Glimpse will deal barely any damage to all the other enemies because those enemies have no count.

So what happened with this new update that barely changed anything? Newfags now have to beat canto 7 until they have access to hard mode, you still benefit from having multiple team loadouts, the level needed rises with each update. Dailies upkeep is normal part of gachas, not sure why some are acting like it's not. There are worse ones out there in regards to how much you gotta invest on it though, even if it's technically "content", it just turns to a chore inevitably. Dorohedoro is an easy collab since you can just place the characters in the City as some fixer office and they wouldn't even look or act out of place.
KnK collab would be funny since Ryoshu is basically Shiki, but it wouldn't really fit too well.
You could do something cool with old SMT since demons are not very far off from abnos and the whole cyberpunk aesthetic would fit, maybe in the outskirts for good measure.
