by that point I'm pretty sure? merlin has a buff that tacks 10np charge to his s2, so with NP and skill CD reduction append she can 6ce with merlin/dual hikari(or you can replace merlin with oberon if you really need more damage on wave 3).
by wave 2 you can cast her s2 a second time and then wave 3 you get to cast her s1 a second time. she's probably one of the servants that got the most out of the CD reduction.

I got her NP3 rolling for Gareth (Saber). I can't use her.
She takes so long to get rolling by spamming NPs, that for normal quests, I can't really use her.
And for challenge quests, I hate to admit, I usually end up picking a friend's Castoria, because she's the better choice in 9/10 cases. I would rather have 5x Anti enforcement on my team than get 25 critical stars.
And because i have her at NP3 my team gets 8.75% NP per turn. I want NP5 just to get the flat 10%, knowing fully well, she will still be outclassed by NP1 Castoria.

tl;dr: arc is kind of neat and she's really good when whaled but if she's at np1 she's going to sit in your box and never get used since she can't neutral farm anything other than early LB and berserker nodes.
