Improved thunderclap is really good for dungeon leveling. Mutanus adds in particular are hard to grab aggro from but as a rule of thumb you can try this to get initial aggro on any pack of mobs:
Go next to your teammates, do bloodrage and then battle shout. Battle shout does a bit of threat based on the amount of people you buff it with, it's enough to get initial aggro on mobs. Bloodrage also gives a bit of AoE threat. However the threat is really small and only enough to get mobs to move towards you, and that mutanus add part will get messy no matter what really.

I can't decide whether epoch is worth it. On one hand the TBC design is garbage and Turtle actually did a good job with its class design and custom content. Then there's a newer client but Turtle had porn mods, so I'm stuck anons. Help me figure out what I'm supposed to do. I just wanna play the game and enjoy it. I feel Turtle is the way to go, because I can't do another progression style TBC->WotLK years long experience with devs I know nothing about. Pick Up raids you say? They are likely to never be successful with Rags and if so would have to follow the above logic to even have a remote chance.
