I dont see how professions would impact this early on, but paladin will suck until crusader strike because you wont have the mana to seal twist when questing, making you essentially a vanilla paladin for half the journey.
Priest will be slow and dull as usual, rogue will be hard aswell, you have no aoe and you have to rely on CC and kiting for elites.

Weapon is entirely a stat stick for feral druid outside of weapons that have a Use effect so you can even use a dagger if you wanted if it gives you some good stats. Generally I agree. The hybrid tools are always invaluable and I love having the options to do any role.

But I like to heal at endgame and resto druids (at least in my vanilla experience) tend to be the cuck among cucks and people would rather have any other healer in most situations.
The OOC rez is a very nice start at least for leveling/dungeons and other things they added might be better than I'm giving them credit for

Priest is my safe/comfy choice where I always know what I'm getting, and will always have a demand.

And while professions are a dumb reason to base class choice off of, I really love having enchanting for general convenience. And priest can easily pair with tailoring for a comfy combo. Druid can't really pair it with anything unless I have some profession/gathering mule so I always feel obligated to herb/alch or skin/lw

I will play on Epoch, and I don't care if it will be good or not.
I already have 5 level 60s on turtle, 3 of which are either full bis or near bis. I also have multiple mid-level characters.
I will have at least some fun trying Epoch out, and levelling 1 character on it. If the server dies in 2 months, I don't care. If the server is a success immediately, cool. If the server turns out to become popular at some later point in the future, cool, at least I am not starting from 0 when everyone else will be joining in. Turtle was also a DOA server, but with the devs' passionate work it became well recognised eventually.

Basically I will have fun.
Turtle is cool, Epoch has potential to be cool.
