Hey can someone please clarify for a retard, do Hexblade builds suck in Honor Ruleset? I never really payed attention to the "turn economy" changes and just used it for the boss abilities. Now I'm not trying to be a huge metaslave, I respecced Shart to Hexblade after killing Aylin because it felt thematic and I hadn't tried out the Shadowblade build yet. But currently (1 fighter 9 Warlock) it feels worse than TB Shadowmonk.

It's underwhelming because you haven't unlocked the full build as yet. It's like judging monk based on its performance at level 3. You don't have the right perspective as yet: no TB, no stunning strike, no extra attack. You have parts of it but without the two key pieces (Shadow Blade cast at 5th level and the Resonance Stone) you're just a Warlock with a bound weapon.

dos2 doesn't have classes so it lets you mish mash spells & abilities as long as you have enough attributes/skill levels, you could make an archer that also summons totems and use a summoner skill that stacks with how many allies are near you to empower your attacks or a melee character that uses necromancy to become even more tanky, the abilities were also way more unique, I'd say that bg3 has a deeper combat system & much more unique armors & weapons but dos2 has a more interesting character building system

Classes in OS1 and 2 are just presets of attributes and starting skills. You can learn anything and there's synergy between all skills and schools of magic. Hmm, for comparison the honor mode achievement for rogue trader is only 0.4%
That makes bg3's look like a lot in comparison.
RT is slightly longer so it's overall completion statistics are lower as well.
Last Azlanti mode for wotr is in the middle last I checked. But that game is even longer than RT.

I like bg3's version of it, because most other games just crank up the difficulty and turn off saving/loading, and delete the save if you die, but bg3 actually added new mechanics. New gameplay depending on difficulty is not common.

Its a paladin with commitment issues. Honestly the flavour is the worst part about the oathbreaker and commitment is the name of the game since they clearly couldn't commit into making him a blackguard and settled for the wishy washy anarchic edgelord. Changing the radiant damage of smites to necrotic is the only change I would consider and one that would make the death cleric/ oathbreaker combo very interesting.

In your play-through you meet two openly trans characters.
One is an ugly necromancer running a circus, or as one would put it, a freakshow. An evil(necromancy is evil) freakshow host. This one is the better among the two.
The other is an unapologetic sharran. Sharrans are objectively, unquestionably evil. The fact that this one poses as a friend of a victim of the cult that was kidnapped, brainwashed and tortured for decades while the victims parents were made to watch all that only enforces his duplicitous. dishonest and disgusting nature. Death is literally too good for nocturne.
