They'll tie up loose ends with defeating Decagrammaton since it's been there from the start, but they'll accomplish something that'll introduce a huge new story element or big bad. This may in turn tie into V5 somehow, but is more likely to take the form of a large Eden Treaty-level story with Wild Hunt.
Either way, it's unfortunate it's taken them 3 years after Volume F to really figure out what they want to do, but you could argue it's been back on track since V1C3 finished/3.5 anni and they're just easing into it.

It makes you log back in every day to get the rolls each day. Otherwise you'd log in at the start of the week, get your affairs in order (possibly with stuff you'd have hoarded from last week as well) and then not play the entire week after.
It's also why they do refreshes on Monday to Thursday rather than Sunday I bet. The rolls do accumulate over the week but if they refreshed Sunday to Monday they'd still increase the chances people just pile it all for Sunday which is a day off. Instead they give you the last 20 rolls on a Monday.
