Armor Pierce Lv. 3 went from doing about 350 on a Surety with my shitty kunais to about 415.
Heavy Attack Lv.3 went from ~290 to about 315 on each hit.
Lazelos went from about 320ish to 350.
That or they lowered the stats of enemies in the dailies.
Guarda EXP daily also jumped from 8/6 books to 11/10 but dailies are weird so I don’t know what to think about that one.

It's already a .01% drop chance item that uses the normal blessings huge ass roll range(I had to use two FAS to get "decent" ones on my ring), adding another "rare" chance of RNG on top is insane. Sorry, cat samurai, I used my Agoras on Yekaterina, Adam, Savia and D3 Alice.

After testing, at lvl1 passive scaling is (ATK+MAG)*0.65. ATK and MAG indeed are 1:1.
That means, full MAG cat with Tzalik will be strong. But if you don't have spare Tzalik, you can cope with ATK build until then. Either way, due to how buffs work it's either full MAG or full ATK to optimize damage.

Her nuke uses SP. Tzalik(or any other future inheritable MAG nuke) uses MP. She has around 115 MP and 205 SP(probably 20 less if it's d9). So you can cast like 4-5 tzaliks for free with her, while doing a lot of damage with her nuke skill
The only issue is that right now there is only one MAG buff in the game, and likely it wouldn't be inheritable through the books after change to proving grounds rewards. That means you can compensate ATK Tzalik-less builds through ATK buffs(50-60% extra ATK), but you can't buff MAG yet. Keep in mind that conversion only works on physical attacks, so full ATK builds will lose MP usage other than on support spells

You are very fucked if you will get ambushed after opening chest with diarrhea trap. So it still matters, even more than ~5-10% dps loss from wrong IV and only 5 points

the game's legendary rate is 5%. Very high, but the catch is that it's quite stingy (this isn't a problem for rerollers that much) and there's no pity, only a spark mechanic at 100 rolls which effectively happens once every 3 ish months.
Even at average luck you should be easily hitting 2 legendaries easily, so attempting for 4 leggos is basically a best case scenario

And boons are a nice extra, they don't really affect the character that much aside from making you feel good about them. Effectively they are very minor increases or decreases that doesn't really matter in the end. But it feels good to know that you character is optimal and that's how they get you to spend I guess

To max a legendary character you need 12(+12) of them, and you can give their skill to someone else so whatever more you want to spend.
And you get enough currency to get 1 banner character every 4 months (fuckups excluded).
Also there's gacha weapons, but they do come pre-bricked, need dupes and the only way for F2P to get them is to go all the way to pity and choose between them and the character itself.

Gameplay is good, gacha can be ignored to an extent, but better characters will make your experience much, much less frustrating. Equipment is more important than characters most of the time, but don't expect a generic to keep up with the damage of the best legendary adventurers.
You can still clear most of the content (like with most modern gacha) except 1 or 2 bosses made for whales.

Yes the game itself is excellent and the gacha banners can be ignored (ignoring even the free pulls on the non banner characters would be a tall order), but i have to say that the F2P to whale difference is large and in charge.

limited legendaries are pretty fucking mid so far (except for maybe Sheli)
the best legendaries are still to this day Alice and Lanavaille, who are on the standard banner
disciplined general adventurers are usually stronger than limited legendaries (unless you whale)
a benjamin with 6-7 disciplines (dupes) is a lot better than any other limited legendary character with 0 disciplines, and you can get him maxed eventually from standard pulls

you have several options
if your MC dies you can use a flame of reawakening (you have 3, 1 recharges every 2 hours) to spawn back in before the fight that killed you, and revert your status back to how it was before the fight (even items)
if a character dies mid-fight and you don't revive them, then you can't revive them with the MC anymore and you have to take them to the church. if they have less than 50 fort wait until they recharge to 50+ fortitude before you revive them at the temple

Dailies are really quick, it should take something like 5 minutes to do all daily questa/missions. Weeklies will take a couple more minutes (camp mission and tags mission). Idk about endgame, didn't get there yet, but I think you just grind for gear for as long as you want and that't the endgame

you can only discipline characters with the same characters (so you can only feed Benjamins to Benjamin). it doesn't matter if the discipline food character has a boon
there is also an inherit system, basically you can inherit any character to another character to get/upgrade a skill. you can clear all content without giving a fuck about this

It's 1-2h that you have to spend total over the whole week, but that's mostly due to 1 mission on it that requires you to clear 3 non-daily requests, and those tend to be quite time consuming at the start
But once you get a stronger team, there's ways to make it faster.
Yeah they always regain fort, even dead, even while as a pile of ash, the perma-death is just a gimmick for shock value, you know because is Le hard game.
You can completely ignore boons anon, it's just flavor so characters don't have the exact same statline, the difference is really small.

I guess I won't care about boons then, for legendaries but I take it I should still factor them in for non-legendaries? Sounds like the initial stat spread is more important. How do I know what is optimal? Like how do I know a mage wants 4 to speed and 1 to IQ instead of all in speed or IQ? I pressed auto-distributed for my first 2 characters (fighter and thief), putting 1 point into the first 5 stats. I guess they're bricked. game reminds me of Priconne where you could brick characters if you levelled them up.

The only real way to brick yourself here is to mess with the inherit/dupe system too early, you don't need that power boost and due to softcaps you can't even use said power until very late in the game, and by then you already know how shit works
With one exception, you should inherit ONE heavy strike (gandolfo) into your MC as soon as you can.
