I still don't know how the combat in this game even works so these OD changes mean nothing to me.

I think it would've been fine to limit OD charges to 9 a battle instead of 9 for an entire arts/dungeon run. Or maybe just have that without the cooldown. One or the other is fine, but both seems like overkill.

The OD loop isn't the problem with her, it's the fact that she won't proc OD+100% anymore past 9 fight in art battle, dungeon, rogue like and exploration, which means her LB4 becomes useless

WFS did the smart thing by not turning the game that already has mediocre gameplay into a kusoge like FGO where you loop nonstop and the only way to make the looping more fun is getting a new looper that gives you the same results but noomba is slightly bigger or make the game artificially harder

That's the biggest load of BS I've ever heard from people who have never tried OD looping. Everything else in this game is just brainless buff / debuff while OD looping actually requires knowledge and thought on teambuilding, skill OD generation, skill use order, etc. Only people who care about min-turning fights and getting way above the required SA points would engage in OD looping. That's partially because in order to actually OD loop, you're probably a whale with access to all the specialized styles you'll need. There was literally no reason to nerf it when a vast majority of players would only be fucked by them killing OD 3 -> OD 1. Meanwhile it invalidates an entire subsection of the playerbase who put thought into the game.

I think it's honestly time for WFS to wake up and realize:
Making more gacha units of some of the characters aren't good enough anymore. Let's call it what it is, Maeda and co. made sure you cared for these characters, but there's not much else appealing about them, and that's why even a meta version of these characters won't sell well. I mean, ask yourselves, would you be excited for a Carole memoria? Byakko? It's time to accept that some of these characters work the best as background to the main story, and that not even attaching a full-on event to them will help. Frankly, it's getting stale. Movie group, Asami group, incest group, the Irene subplot (spoilers), U140, etc. It's all getting stale.
So, one solution I see? Expand the seraph squads. Introduce new squads of characters, have them interact in the main story. Even if it leaves some of the unexplored girls in the dust. It's a bitter pill to swallow, but it's necessary for the game's health. I mean, the pace of story has slowed considerably--we're STILL on chapter 5 for some reason. So, one or two new squads per year, and that's a conservative suggestion, would work to churn interest in the game, and get people spending.
I admit, there could be better solutions out there, and this is just mine.

What is the Gacha Economy like? Is it 200 Guarantee? 50/50? Is there Outfits for sale? Battle Pass? Do they sell packs at the store?

Also how is the Gameplay? Is there extra content after beating a chapter?

I am thinking to check this game out because it feels character driven and comfy like Blue Reflection but also has good enough depth for gameplay on turn based.

since the others didnt mention it, theres no 50/50 system, its a 5x rate up system with 3% chance for SSR units, exactly the same as you see in Blue Archive and some other Japanese gacha games ( I know BA is Korean but the its developed in Japan).
