You want 24k for a blufes spark, if you have 36 or close enough you might be able to rationalize topping up the 100 free pulls to get Seia.
Or if you're not bothered you can start saving for future banners, or gamble and throw a half spark into blufes - I'd generally not advise rolling without having enough TO spark but blufes is blufes, but you'd be rolling the dice with a half spark.
IF there's any chance you can get 48k (well, less than that since you'll have some tickets too) though then double sparking blufes is the best by far.
