100% yes. Trying to go eco-mode until blufes in a week is also smart, if you get sHanako she is so fucking brokenly good she can make a lot of your current students redundant or at least less mandatory to sink resources into.
Obviously spend what you need to to get as many rolls as you can for blufes but going too wide is a common mistake I see people making. It feels fine early but as your level goes up the resources really start to get tight and then you straight up run out.

You only have limited EX abilities available, though you can select which ones you want to start with.
If you start with a Hibiki EX in your initial set and use it, you will not be able to use it again until you've cycled through enough EX's to get back to it.
Cycling is just how quickly you can get through EX costs to get back to another ability you're after. Casting 2 cost EX's is a lot quicker to get back to Hibiki than using 6 costs etc, even if the 2 costs are less impactful.

It might be better to use Hibiki's AOE and then cast "useless" EX's like Asuna's dodge or a Serina heal that you didn't "really" need rather than casting expensive attacks like a Mika EX that costs 6 but is just a single target nuke, whereas (if the enemies are weak enough) you could just rotate back to Hibiki and AOE them all done.
Raids often have similar situations where you can start with a Mika nuke, then cast buffs during it's animations, then cast another Mika nuke if you're fast enough / use cost reduction / energy increases BEFORE the initial buffs have worn off for a burst window etc.

I just finished all the events and main story, ready for Vol.F, I just need to double check to see if I need to read more decagrammaton, I left it after the vending machine stuff.

The event I liked the most was the ASS club event, but the second part of the halo festival event was great too. Most of these uniforms are pure sex, even the modest Trinity uniforms are cute.
