Stop training stamina directly. Train speed and power (power will give you a bit of stamina). Level up the speed training facility. Air groove has a 10% speed training bonus + a 20% power training bonus, so it should be easy to raise those quite a bit. Ideally, you'd be prioritising those two stats while keeping a stamina card for the bonus, that way you'd be able to get those 3 pretty high

My results the past days have been garbage as you can tell.
It feels like stamina is always the problem, but even running two stam / two power cards it still feels like its not enough. Even in my best attempts I end up with 600 stam and barely any blue skills. Skill points are too hard to get to with all those other skills the game throws at you that you really want, I don't even fucking know how everyone has 900 in all their stats and like 900 skill points before URA.

It's really fun, I like the story too.
Being able to unlock any ID/EGO just by farming (except walpipi) is a giant plus, if I like a character I'm not forced to spent all my resources on getting them, I can just wait a week and buy them with boxes.

I give them all a try to see what works and what doesn't, but as you can see, last weeks careers worked perfectly fine but now I just keep crashing and burning and I'm also no longer spending my alarm clocks on shit runs that are not really worth it, like all those winning ticket ones.
I do the friendship year, run optional G1 races at 0 energy basically to get extra skill points to optimize training / energy usage but it never feels like its enough stats - ever.
I don't think any of my Umas ever been a 1st favourite in any of the three URA races and it just comes down to WIT checks on their skills.

What position are you running her as? Pace? If so, navigation won't matter as much. Try to get any skill that helps her fight for the lead, prioritising the ones that are more likely to trigger due to having broader conditions. Look at the callendar. Does she have a long race coming up? If she does, you'll want another blue skill so she can survive it. If she doesn't, you can save them until race day and look at how the system evaluates your chances. If she can win comfortably or get a position that doesn't end the career, maybe save them. If she'll struggle, buy something.

I'd go with spe speed, sweep speed, and king halo card to build a pace runner, replace halo with suzuka for front runners. add in creek, mcqueen, and kiryuin card for safe measure. Just make sure to get their friendships up and grab the kiryuin event to help with mood downs and skill point bonuses. replace kiryuin with caffe stam card if you're building long. Just focus on friendship meters, focus on speed/stam, and run a few extra g1 races by looking at schedule.

It happens near anni, which for us is 6 months from launch because we're burning through content at 2X speed. 400 pulls is enough to pass 50% chance you get it, but to guarantee it for real you need 1000 (because the only guarantee is 1 every 200 pulls). The rate outside of the guarantee is .75%, which is low enough that some people just won't hit it period in 400 pulls and only end up with 1LB.

I'll be honest that's mostly skill issue. I watched Northernlion do a fresh account for Ludwig's tourney the other day, and he's nowhere near an expert but he was 3/3 on URA Finale clears on a fresh account made that day.
You will get stronger and the game will feel easier over time, but feeling weak means you still have intrinsic growth to do, not only extrinsic growth.
