Monkey is literally just an appmon variant/recolour, there's a very similar looking one with long arms and headphones that was one of the side character's partners in appmon I think. Embarrassing.
The fish is kind of half-baked, or incoherent? It's hard to put my finger on it, but something about the design seems incomplete or not right. It's really close to being a good design.
The floating cloud thing with claws is just the usual Chinese slop that could be a decent design if someone competent was allowed to rework it.
The cow is lame, looks like a Pokemon.
Horse thing and tengu are okay, solid but dull. Tengu could be less busy, almost looks like a nu-SMT demon.
The egg is pretty good, but Digitamamon is a great design to begin with so it's hard to fuck something like this up.
Overall 5/10. Not offensively bad but not good either.

First playthrough. Not quite legit because I looked up the answers to recruitment/item talks because I got annoyed after a white, but at least in terms of interactions was based on self. As you can see, I'm really bad at connecting with people and probably would have had an easier time if I could bench my friends and bring all recruited mons. I went Tuskmon->Triceramon->Mugendramon with it being just 1 higher at first, exactly 24 each, and then went heavy with the Wrathful answers when I realized I was probably going to Wrathful. Now to just beat the game more times.

If we do get more I can't see North and Latin America both getting one, or both the Middle Eat and Africa. We'd get a combined Middle East/Fertile Crescent and African one, and probably one for all of the Precolumbian Americas, maybe even with US urban myths included too. MAYBE we could get a North American and South American one seperately, but I don't think a North vs Latin American split makes much sense, because then there's not a lot of shit to use for NA alone, unless you're basically using it primaryly for US/Canadian urban legends and folk tales with some native american stuff thrown in and saving the Precolumbian stuff for the Latin American one

Does anyone else find it actually kinda lame that they go with "Servers tied to real world regions"? Originally the whole thing about the digital world was that it was a borderline alien world based on chaotic data from the real world, but its not like it had some clear counterpart, just some Digimon had some inspirations from real world things and mythology, which made sense. Despite this stuff like File Island was completely original, and even in the anime they tended to have everything with its own flair. Back when Yggi was just (a) God, there was also only some very vague stuff with him, and the world sometimes was tied to him, sometimes not, but beyond that there was not much ties to real world locations or myth (yes, he is a tree, but at the same time his knights are from all possible myths, and he doesn't rule shit), nowadays its suddenly "This is the european server, this is the Asia server, this is the greece server"

World only has the korean port which has many many many issues and would need to be translated back into english (not as easy as just dumping in text files from the english release btw) and who even knows if the code for that shit is still held by any party that worked on that port. I like the mythologymons but I wish they develop more modern cybernetic/military side of digimon. The last Brigadramon as well as Invisimon line are great in this aspect but they failed to do anything with them interestingly. They really should have made Seekers about cyberpunk-ish espionage/terrorism instead of yaoi pandering with dark souls wolf.

The absolute most the campaign could do is get the latest world game put on GOG and even that is still very very very unlikely. Plus almost no one would buy that at full price on GOG, it would sell incredibly poorly and deter them from releasing on GOG ever again.
