>What is Marvel Snap?
The GOTY CCG from the creators of Hearthstone. A deck is 12 card singleton. Players play 6 simultaneous turns to 3 lanes. Winning 2 lanes wins the match. Matches are played for ladder ranks (cosmic cubes) and players can SNAP once per match to double the stakes (max 8 cubes).

Cards unlock in a random order, but specific cards are unlocked within specific collection level (CL) ranges: Series 1 cards (CL 18-214), Series 2 (222-474), and Series 3 (474+). Series 4 (Rare) and 5 (Super Rare) cards can be purchased directly with Collector’s Tokens that can also be used to buy Series 4 or 5 Snap Packs that are cheaper but dole out random cards from certain pools.

Upgrade every card you get to green rarity (frame break) ASAP. Spend the rest of your credits how you like.

i've been keeping a rough estimate of my tokens trend, for reference in that period i got 6 s5 cards for tokens, 1 via seasonal pack, 2 ultimate variants and no s4 cards, i do buy the season pass and as you can imagine i had a good backlog of keys before the update in may

if i had bought all s5 cards and all s4 cards i would have definitely had to rely on my tokens backlog which does implies that it is impossible to stay collection complete in the long term

and this is with me skipping almost all cards in april and with sd being overly generous (/s) with the credits recently

this month was the easiest climb in months
I steamrolled ranks with c2 and some random decks I saw from my opps
I stuck only once around 97-98 and had like -10 cubes streak, I met a couple of bots but like once 10-15 games (which is pretty often compared to previous season)
so, after all I reached infinite and I was like 7200 snap points, while I finished previous season around 7600
previous season I went mad and played some random shit with Merlin just to test the shit out of the card, I had terrible losestreaks and even went from 93 down to 88 in a single session
also, this season was the most obvious deck based MM, like you switch to clog and immediately have streak of 5 games against thanus with ssupreme and other tech shit, you switch deck back and thanus doesn't exist whatsoever

However, for about the past six~ish months or so any bot you queue into that isn't actively trying to throw absolutely will counter pick your deck. To see this effect in action; Spend a few hours queueing with an arishem list and count how many times you see bot decks running Darkhawk and/or Cassandra Nova then queue with any 12 card deck and watch those two extremely specific cards immediately vanish for entire weeks at a time.

The most amusing "response" I've seen from these bots was for the first couple days after Merlin released their answer to a merlin/sentry/annihilus deck was universally ancient destroy decks that no human had touched in probably multiple years at that point. Like deathwave level ancient.
