Switched to aggro sword from portal (which was losing to everything at this point). Immediately went back to diamond, and won my AA2 trials 2-0. Portal is the 4th best deck right, if even that.

I do mine between 12 UTC and reset time. It's worst right after reset because all the impatient sweats are on.
First day is always toughest but the last day is easy because everyone who cared already qualified. If you select a deck for a run and don't complete it that day, it carries over into the next without affecting that day's limit. I like doing that to maximize the amount of runs each day and having an extra one on the final day

You know what's not a good thing? Seeing Lovesign and knowing you lost the game before the draw even happens. With aggro Sword, Forest/Rune are just a walk in the park. Portal at worst is 50/50, and the only losing match ups are haven (which doesn't exist), and midrange sword (all swords are on the kage aggro bandwagon to beat rune). It's exactly as I suspected, sword nigs were downplaying the shit out of this op deck.

Rune has the highest high rolls in the game. It's a casino deck where you can literally beat anything given enough luck. The real trick is convincing everyone that portal is an unbeatable tier 1, despite the forest match up being unwinnable, and the rune match up being unfavorable. Combo decks eat portal alive, you can never end the game fast enough before they combo you.

3 days of rerolling mostly manually cuz I'm too retarded to macro.
I got my puppetfu and Albert on the same account. (I would like to have the Orchis home screen art as well in the future.)
I think I can finally rest even though I know this isn't the best account I could have, I just can't spend more time and I wanna enjoy it.

Sword even with my limited resources feels decent if not a bit linear.
Have issues recovering from boardwipes, but it is what it is.
Hope I'll get some orchis and puppet cards in the future too.

I'll link this and spend some on the starter packs, will see how things go. I'd like to play Haven, Dragon, Puppet and Rune in the future as well, so most of those legendaries aren't wasted either.

i was playing control abyss in diamond but after dropping to sapphire in a bad streak i swapped to forest.
i dont know if there is someone that can stay in diamond consistently, since the start playing abyss was a really bad experience, i had negative winrate at start until i learned to play my deck and agaisnt all other decks, then i started to win a lot and got to diamond but when my enemy also started to know how to play their deck everything become way harder.

Also I don't see a reason why you evolved the shikigami instead of the destroyer. If abyss hasn't setup memorial you need to keep the board as clean as possible, that would have saved you 1 dmg from the skeleton and kept your shikigami on board. That's totally fine so long as you sequence your plays right. Spreading the bonus damage around makes it harder for your opponent to make trades correctly. Sometimes you go Nanny turn 2 into discard Kit for Otohime's Guard turn 3 and it plops the +1 on the Whelp, so then you've got a 2/1 Intimidate and a 2/2 Storm Ward. How do people track their opponent's portal pieces effectively? Faeries and puppets are pretty straightforward, but the pieces are annoying due to how many and how many different types they are.

Sword hasn't had identity ever since they gave traits to other classes. The commander/officer trait in SV1 was useless. Sword has the most rally effect cards but the best rally cards were neutral.
It was always the noob class. The skill ceiling is about as big as nip dick. Not that there's anything bad about the noob class but once you escape the low ranks you're not suppose to play the class again.

Yeah I just pass turns now as sword. It's literally bait to develop your board at all. the only play worth doing is setting up an OTK with Enhance Valse.

The new Yurius card seems OP on paper but it’s middling in practice because most 8 cost legendaries fill the board and you need to clear the board for him to work. So really he only exists when you can throw him down against one enemy super evo and kill him, but in reality what happens when they have 2 or 3 things out and get 6-8 face damage in or kill your Yurius and play normally

Haven's the brickiest deck in the game right now. Low redundancy, a lot of high cost cards, and the nature of amulets means their timing is all particular. They're honestly playable into anything if you open right unlike the other low tiers that have lopsided match up spreads but holy shit missing your Salefa against Sword is painful.
