I am the one flanking most of the time, but I also care about actually winning the game, fighting for the objective, doing the stuff that matter.
On those kinds of map I would see these "flankers", driving around, being completely useless when we are fighting for the cap, just so they can kill 1-2 guys that just spawned and are driving out of their spawn, before getting shat on themselves.

How is Germany 5.7? Everyone constantly clowns on German mains, especially the Tiger boomers, so I get the feeling that 5.7 Germany teams might make me want to KMS
I ask because 5.7 seems like one of the best/strongest German lineups, but it's also very much a paypig tier

Like all in all the German 5.7 lineup looks awesome, and you have some good tech tree tanks like the Tiger H, the Pz IV/70, you can bring stuff like the Panther D or the Nashorn, but ultimately the premium 5.7 lineup is full of premiums - Tiger Ost, Tiger West, Porsche Tiger, Do 355 B-2 and then a few tech tree tanks of choice to round it out (although really that's a complete premium lineup right there if you toss in the Ostwind Ost, no need to even grind the tree)

The ACTUAL ARB change that'd be MASSIVE and would justify having an actual lineup is that if you land at base and repair your plane and then J out, you should be able to respawn in any plane in your lineup that is the same BR (I'd almost be tempted to let you pick the highest BR currently in the match, so you could join a match with say a 4.7 and then respawn as a 5.7 in a full uptier, but that would be too generous)
So you start a match air spawning your 6.3 Ar 234 B-2, schnell bomb the enemy base, return to the airfield to re-arm, and realize you don't have enough team left to safely bomb again
So instead of being useless food for the enemy team, you J out and grab your 6.3 Ta 152 C-3 (or your 6.0 H-1 if you didn't folder for the C-3, or even a Bf 109 K-4 if that's what your most comfortable with)
And it'd be a lot more rare, but you could even RTB as a fighter and respawn as a bomber in the event your team is like 4v1 but the last guy is just hovering around his base waiting for his AA to shoot you down
You want to base stall? Too bad, instead of it being 4 fighters who can't do much to bleed tickets it's now 2 bombers, 1 strike aircraft, and 1 fighter and now you have to leave your base and actually try to clutch up

Sure, it's less punishing (that's the whole point, overly punishing gamemode rules inevitably lead to snowballing, which isn't fun to be on the receiving end of when your team collapses within 30 seconds OR on the giving end when your careful positioning after a sideclimb doesn't pay off and your friendlies kill everyone within 30 seconds before you get the chance to do anything at all), but you still have a hefty SL spawn cost to pay each time you die so you're heavily disincentivized from dying, just like in all the other modes, it's just that it's not the grave irreversible mistake here that it is there.
