The black plane shits out drones that shoot or self destruct and is part of Aerocraft Framework (which is dogshit)
If they could make use of Vehicle Framework's Load/Unload caravan tech it would be perfect. Pretty much every plane using Aerocraft framework uses the old caravan system where you can only set things to load only once, and if you want to add another character or item into the plane you have to cancel loading (which tosses out everything from the plane) and then do it all over again
While I've gotten Odyssey, I haven't started a game yet on 1.6. How does the Gravship stuff work? Is the intention that as soon as you build the Gravship, you're pretty much living the nomad life? Or can you treat the Gravship as a 'mobile base' while keeping your own actual base somewhere? Are you able to use your Gravship like a shuttle caravan and land on towns to trade, or would it either disallow you from sending your Gravship directly to another faction's town or treat it as attacking the town?

The xenogerm is permanent, that is to say, if you implant a pawn with that xenogerm, you can't add more genes to that pawn later by adding another xenogerm, they override each other. So I should get all the genes I want now and make the "perfect" supersoldier xenogerm BEFORE I implant a pawn with them, is that correct?

As for the rest of your mods with red names that I know of or use:
- Hugslib: Only a problem if you are still using a mod that has it as an absolute dependency that will refuse to work if you don't have it. Not updated to 1.6 yet
- Allow Tool: There are a bunch of commands that are still exclusive to Allow Tool that weren't integrated into vanilla, but probably can live without these days
- Auto-Cut Blight: Makes taking down Blight more annoying since you actually need to mark them yourself, but otherwise can live without unless your colony gets wrecked by Blight that regularly
- Blueprints: Only if you use it extensively because you have a set building/room layout you use for every single colony. I personally just use planning tools that have additional colours that allow copy-pasting them around to plan out placements instead
- Gene Ripper: (I don't use it, so up to you)
- Numbers: Gives useful information but only if you actually use it. I rarely actually use it even though I have it, so for me it's in the 'probably can live without' category
- QualityBuilder: This can make it a bit more annoying because you might have someone with lower skill build furniture, and can't have the mod automate repeatedly building something until you get a certain quality. Just means manual work I guess.
- RT Fuse: Personally not even required these days. Just build under ground power lines. Use a tweaker to drop its steel cost to 1 and halve its build time if those bother you
- Replace Stuff: I think with Odyssey it now kind of lets you do this, so probably obsolete now?
- Wall Light: Probably still compatible? Its main use now is to reduce material/energy cost of Wall Lights.
- WRelicK's App Utilities and THIGAPPE: It's only for cosmetic purposes, so can live without for now. WRelicK is definitely active still so it'll get updated to 1.6
