I don't think the goal is to kill aggro, I think the goal is actually to kill combo. Dclimb is nothing compared to dshift, roach is weaker even as good as it is, there's no sign of other hard wincons like seraph, and even soft wincons that put you on a timer are less pronounced. They want game length to be more variable by having strong aggro and strong control options I think to avoid the Shadowverse 1 problem of every meta being on a very strict timer

Depends on the matchup, but a lot of the time yes. I very rarely use regular evolve on her, usually just unevolved or sevo (preferably with Olivia).

Current Storm Haven already has a very high PP curve and usually ends by on 8-10 off griffons or lapis. Ward Haven probably isn't going to look terribly different from current Storm lists and play at a similar speed, both legends slot into the existing builds very easily. Hell, it might be better to just play it as storm with cracked legendaries than to add ward synergies.

Cards-wise I got everything I needed from the set at around 150 rolls and only used a few vials, but I don't play all decks (only rune and haven mostly)
I went to 250 for soft pity and got a ton of vials in the process
Strictly gameplay-wise it's probably not worth it to go to 250 because unless you want to play all 7 crafts you will have all you need and/or enough vials to get all your chase cards way before 250. This will be even more true next set because the card pool is apparently only 77 cards, which means you will get everything you need from the set even faster than current set.
