Who cares what you think? The reality is Rush is the younger sibling that gets the scraps, not the other way around. Youre so desperate for Rush to have a Western release you hype up the mediocrity of Rush's reveals. Rush already struggles to sell in Japan and a visit to that country for a Month and exploring the card stores in the major cities would make that apparent to you. Its why the fact that it finally cracked Top 5 for one month was amazing.

Sales don't matter, its the care given to the game. Rush gets new mechanics, new rarities, premium chase cards that actually hold value, alt art rarities, exploratory new card effects etc.
The closest thing OCG has gotten to something brand new since Rush released is Ritual Pendulum, which is a mechanic that has barely been explored with a grand total of 4 cards released ever. We don't get new mechanics (and in the rare instances we do, its barely explored), we don't get new rarities, we just barely started getting alt arts and everything is designed to be as safely developed within the confines of the game as possible.

Just ignore that Events, Marketing, Product, Prizes, Merch and overall Players are almost all Yu-Gi-Oh! and not Rush. Shiny things =/= quality. What we have here is the equivalent of the NBA and WNBA with Yu-Gi-Oh! being the vastly more profitable and popular game whose revenue goes on to keep its less popular and less profitable counterpart alive. Think about how once again nearly all events, celeb tie-ins, merch, marketing, product and player numbers are the OG game and then consider how Rush has to ride off the coattails there. Youre like if one of the WNBA niggress players acted as if their sport was doing more than the NBA itself. Youre coping, spinning a new game getting its feet wet as "love" and desperate for conversation over a game that is pretty much a dead topic in its home country and on a website where it cant garner enough interest to keep its general alive.

It's a new card game and its a spinoff of a game that is STILL going. People interested in Yugioh will still be playing Yugioh and not a spinoff game.
If the OCG died tomorrow, Rush would skyrocket in player presence because it would be the only way forward to play official Yugioh, even if the rules were different.

I've always been a fan of Bold: Italics+Underline; Normal, as well as eliminating the HOPT clause. Doing those would massively help in readability. That, and taking newlines when possible.
The current issue I find with TCG text is that its trying to convey as much as possible through the most miss-able ways possible.
