I posted a summary of it a few threads ago. If you want I'll repost it.

I think it was cool and it did a good job of melding the Fate concepts into a Star Rail story chapter. It was not super serious but had the right amount of personal moments with Saber and the MC, as well as some genuinely cool lore moments for Star Rail itself.

In terms of production value it was a little cheaper than expected for what was such a hyped collab (reused assets namely), but still cool.

I particularly enjoyed Sabers introspection about her feelings in relation to her life following the events of Stay Night, and how they tied in some aspects of Star Rail lore to it (early on she mentions Camelot and you can say "oh we have a Camelot here but it's an entire planet" and when she asks about it you can say "I'm friends with Guinevere (Guinaifen) and her brother Lancelot (Langshile)" and Saber is just like "Huh? What???")

As a Saber fan, I was generally really happy with her characterization and interactions. I think Archer and Lancer could've done with a bit more of both, but Saber got plenty of presence. They handled her character well and used it to mirror the Star Rail protagonist's character in a cool way (namely by reflecting on the players choice at the end of the prologue of the entire game, to go with the Astral Express, and thematically tied it to Saber pulling the sword from the stone).

The idea that Saber, Archer and Lancer were just complete foreigners to the setting was particularly funny. Saber brings up both Achilles and Heracles at one point, and the protagonist can choose to say "who is that" and Saber gets a little frustrated, it's cute. Also hearing Archer tell Lancer "no one here knows what Ireland is" was particularly funny to me.

They used the way Fate tends to make you think about its rules in a fun way to tell Star Rail specific story too. For example, by the time you beat the boss and destroy the grail, you still haven't seen who the Rider is in the grail war. In one of the last scenes, it's revealed that Pom-Pom was Rider's master, and because of the connection to the Astral Express, the Rider he summoned was Mikhail/Misha. The two had evidently been talking to each other the entire time, with Pom-Pom telling Misha about all of the new members of the express, and they get to actually say goodbye to each other properly. It's a really nice moment that manages to give Misha (a character who otherwise couldn't really be brought back again) one more moment.

In terms of gameplay, Archer's kit is extremely fun and extremely powerful. He's follow-up and skill spam and he looks awesome in action.

Sabers kit is a fun concept but a little awkward with how the current game is. Star Rails a very fast game while Saber is all about slowly building up NP charge to be able to spam NPs. Fun concept but feels a little weak.

The one big let down is the production value ultimately. The story itself was fine (as others have said, it's about the same kind of writing you would expect from an early singularity in FGO) but a few things make it feel cheap and that's a shame.

The first half of the story takes place in Assassins reality marble (Assassin being a film director from Penaconian history) which turns the area into a silent film. The visuals become muted and there's no voice acting to fit with it. They even make a neat fourth wall break where one of them asks "how can we still understand each other" and Aventurine directly points out the subtitles on screen. As a gag that uses Fate concepts, I thought it was great, but then after they take about an hour or dialogue to escape it, it becomes abundantly clear that segment was written that way solely to not have to pay for voice acting for it. Had some funny moments though.

The second half after that was better and fully voice acted, which was nice, but then it felt cheap again at the last second when you get to the final boss, and they use a metaphor to basically have an excuse to reuse an existing boss fight for Berserker. Not just design but mechanics, with no changes. Shame, honestly.

She also realized most of what Mashu does is playing along and just acting like how she feels a person should rather than something she is feeling herself. Mashu doesn’t actually deny and admits to that to the point Mashu agrees that if Guda died for whatever reason Mashu would follow mechanically with what she thinks a person should do rather than truly understanding why. Lilith doesn’t expose much of her own past but she rants that she is a demon and couldn’t ever become a human, while there she sees a clearly inhumane thing being treated as a human and she couldn’t stand it meaning jealousy is part of the reason. Her profile also exposed that Mashu has other traits opposed to her like being truly free to do whatever she wants, while Llilith in spite of flight isn’t truly free

They explain it during Halloween 2 that the requirement to be summoned (at least by Chaldea) is wanting to save humanity even if indirectly. You don’t need to care and you may want to kill people yourself and that’s valid enough for a reason. Ibaraki even explains that oni like to toy and eat people so humanity being decimated means they don’t have entertainment and that’s why you can summon oni.
Meanwhile Lobo fucking hates people. But since all this destruction includes fellow animals he begrugingly helps save the world for them and humans are included in the mix. And some people have a personal wish unrelated but this whole thing is a means to an end.
That’s why you can get even prolific killers that life to bath in women. Lilith likely fulfills the conditions easier than a ton of servants.

Guda and Mashu's development kinda seems to reset to whatever level the writers need them at. She also legit seemed to hate Beryl, constantly shittalked Moriarty in Traum, and was legitimately pissed at Schez in Agartha, but OC4 claimed that she was just faking all her emotions and even if Lilith would have ripped Guda's head off, Mash would have still forgiven her. Though, on the other hand, you could also argue that Lilith also asessed her wrongly, since she learned to hate Lilith pretty quickly.
