you don't have anything to really use seia well. she's minus 1 dps support do you need high ex-skill damage dealers and special student damage dealers. you need to cast seia's ex-skill 3 times for a barrier buff so ideally you want a tank and 2 dps with ex-skills you want to buff then special students for dps too.

unless you plan to completely change your playstyle for seia don't bother
