Let me remind you of the visual-only vision bug that took months (or more?) to track down and of the laundry list of bugs that still exist on different abilities for different champions. Even still, the 3 neutral objective feature remains. There are also things like bounties and other gold-printing mechanics that would have to be addressed. I like your simplistic take on tackling the issue, but it just isn't enough to get what you want.

So, here's another problem with what you are asking. The average skill level within the playerbase is different than what it was, say... 3 years ago. Different as in, higher. Don't take it just from me, take it from high elo fucks that have been saying this for at least 1 year. So, that would mean you can't regularly have your gigachad smurf fantasy because it's much more likely now that the other team will also have one guy stroking their shit than it was 1 year ago. Not to mention so many of you have different accounts with different mmr's... meaning, the average player has a better understanding of how to play the game (as crazy as that sounds!).

Yes this game feels like absolute shit to play rn as a Leblanc main. If I don't absolutely giga stomp with 25-stacks mejais at 15 minutes then I might as well play as safe and cowardly as a poke mage. Riot made it so the NPCs can just farm and get back at the game easily, kills in the grand scheme of things have been absolutely nerfed to the ground - mind you, this is a PVP game - and let's not start talking about the bounty system, which forces the teams to always converge to a even gold situation, and absolutely bombs early game champs since they can't make riskier plays and use their advantage well. I was looking at my OPGG to figure out things to improve and noticed my cs have been declining a bit the past games, maybe I'm being too aggressive with poking and that's why I lose cs? I usually stand between 6 and 7cs/min, last games it has been 4.5-6cs/min.

If you abandon a teamfight to get a wave because you dipped into the 6 cs/min threshold you're literally just inting the game

End of game CS/min is just a bad coaching thing because it really doesnt teach you how to play the game it just makes you tunnel on a single factor of it.

and i really do mean 2-3 player disadvantage so even if I wasn't there, and i'm not dropping a wave for a 3v5 fight at first drake, there's no effect. they can't give a single objective and take plates when there's no chance in the first place.

it gets tiring when it's the 50th time you see your support walk up to 4 enemies at dragon ALONE while your jungler is full clearing his topside and mid is dead after getting solokilled and no amount of retreat ping spam will stop them from stepping up

I think ADC is just a bad role for climbing.
You dont make an obvious impact like the other roles do and you can rarely swing fights by yourself unless things line up for you perfectly
I have seen some ADCs go in 1v3 and win but its usually only after a big teamfight where the cooldowns have been blown
