Let me remind you of the visual-only vision bug that took months (or more?) to track down and of the laundry list of bugs that still exist on different abilities for different champions. Even still, the 3 neutral objective feature remains. There are also things like bounties and other gold-printing mechanics that would have to be addressed. I like your simplistic take on tackling the issue, but it just isn't enough to get what you want.

So, here's another problem with what you are asking. The average skill level within the playerbase is different than what it was, say... 3 years ago. Different as in, higher. Don't take it just from me, take it from high elo fucks that have been saying this for at least 1 year. So, that would mean you can't regularly have your gigachad smurf fantasy because it's much more likely now that the other team will also have one guy stroking their shit than it was 1 year ago. Not to mention so many of you have different accounts with different mmr's... meaning, the average player has a better understanding of how to play the game (as crazy as that sounds!).

Yes this game feels like absolute shit to play rn as a Leblanc main. If I don't absolutely giga stomp with 25-stacks mejais at 15 minutes then I might as well play as safe and cowardly as a poke mage. Riot made it so the NPCs can just farm and get back at the game easily, kills in the grand scheme of things have been absolutely nerfed to the ground - mind you, this is a PVP game - and let's not start talking about the bounty system, which forces the teams to always converge to a even gold situation, and absolutely bombs early game champs since they can't make riskier plays and use their advantage well. The smarty pants redditors at Riot absolutely tanked the game in favor of a "everyone must have fun" philosophy which means in practice that nobody has fun since the only enjoyment spikes you would get in this game was from carrying a match alone through getting giga fed.
