Holy fuck, actually had a fantastic TDM in Verge. Got stomped hard the first round, went 0-7 the second, then managed to lock in and steal it. Proceeded to stomp the third round and won the whole thing. Enemy team wasn't even mad, everyone sent friend requests after.

Cluster Missile Dispenser deploys its missiles after a fixed amount of time (it doesn't fall all the way to the ground) and all of the mini missiles shoot upwards, then seek everything in a radius around them. Get a feel for the right altitude so it goes off with enemies in the effective radius (you can't simply deploy it from high up), or fly along the ground where the dispenser's trajectory changes to a straight line.
A lot of times, you may be best off flying directly into an enemy and point blank punching them with all three types of Missiles at the same time.
ALWAYS charge your shot, the time it takes to fire off six weak bolts, you could have fired two charged shots that would do more damage with less ammo consumed.

He's one of the tankiest mechs in the game.
He has one of the largest energy pools in the game
He's one of the best 1v1 mechs in the game.
He's one of the best teamfight mechs in the game.
He's one of the highest damage output mechs in the game.
He's the only heavy mech in the game that doesn't have a direct counter. In fact, he's actually really good dealing with the dedicated antiheavy mech because he's fast enough to consistently evade uncharged orbitals, his shield passively negates her IFF jammer, and he has so much health that she needs to empty all her resources over the course of 30+ seconds to kill him while he can kill her in the blink of an eye with three melee swings.
Despite being a heavy, his melee boost is fast enough that he can keep up with a planes moving in a straight line.

Don't sleep on your autocannon either. You're no Narukami, but you're not lightyears behind her. 12 to 24k with 20% pierce is no joke.
You're only slightly tankier than a Narukami, so you're really dependent on your cooldowns for survival, so you need them to be as available as possible. For example, Disruptor gives you extra mobility, yeah, but you only need that as a last ditch attempt to save yourself. Usually, what you really want it for is for a brief burst of lockon immunity so that you can get out of dodge, then immediately cancel it so that it will be back sooner. Also, it's good to note that it gives you a pretty good vertical boost, so that's often a good way to evade as it's easier to land and maintain your Disruption Grappler from above and fast fall is one of the best ways to evade melee boosts.
Similarly for the Recon kit, you'll typically want to flick it off and on for the best uptime and to guarantee you'll have it during critical moments where you can finish a fleeing low health target over just dumping your load in one go.
Use your Disruption Grappler offensively and supportively as well. You save teammates, safely cap points, take a healer out of the fight for a bit, et cetera.

Also, remember that your autocannon has a ton of range past the lock. Feel free to feed Narukamis shots from across the map or just blindfire AOEs at the objective from a mile away as you're making your way there.

I can tell when it's a premade. Nobody, not even championbros, talk in voice comms. And only 10% of those championerinos even look at pings. You can tell the moment the enemy team is super coordinated and instakilling high value teammates that your opponents are a stack.

How are other Luminae players so bad? I've noticed they don't heal even if they don't get focused. I've played it a few times to fill and it's so easy to keep everyone in tiptop shape unless they get focused down by a stack. Do players just not have the icon viewer on?
