>>531348013That is kinda the funny thing about 2nd Scenario, for all intents and purposes it's an open secret that it's implied to be the true ending, because of all the extra cutscenes and shit, but there's so many ways you can fuck up along the way and/or get burnt out by the time you reach it, without any help. Like, you have to be laser focused on finding the truth but about a month in it becomes such a miserable slog that I could see people dipping for something else. Second Scenario was like, my 7th just because I didn't wanna kill off Darumi, Kurara and Kyoshika just to get there, and then I was like "well i spent $60 on this so might as well like half the game while I'm over here by BOC"
Still a great game though, I'm about to call it quits about 30 endings in when I finish SF and maybe come back later and play the bad routes if i miss the game that much. I really think it peaked in the prologue though, which is a shame.

I almost feel like the whole hundred endings thing is a detriment to the game, especially when you consider that like 65 of the endings are just "lol u died oh well". I'd rather have like either most of the routes focused on character studies a la Retsnom and maybe a handful answering mysteries, or just cut out a bunch of the routes and endings so you get a more consistent, fleshed out experience. Characterwise too. You can tell which writers just do not give a shit about certain characters that we spent like 30 hours getting to know.
