You will get roughly 1.5 sparks between now and then. If you're "newish" there's probably enough first achieves left to get you another half spark, so you can probably spend your remaining spark on the fes banner if you wanted.
That said - there's also cHare and nyFuuka coming up between now and the shupos who are very nice to have, but you'd get no blufes spooks or 2x3* rates, so pick your poison.
You'd need to be REALLY dry on content to not make up a 2nd spark for the shupos though and chances are you might get one while rolling to the first spark, though I understand not wanting to roll the dice on that.

>>531368782The reason it's worth getting Serina to 2* is because it unlocks her enhanced skill, which gives her a big boost to healing and makes her a very good healer for her cost. Spending to get her to 3* isn't worth it, but do try and keep levelling your students as you go.
You'll find that you have a lot of reports near the start because it's cheap to level, but it's better to not spend them all and just level your core teams because later on it becomes very expensive to level students.
