Try to get the timing down and check the pause menu to see if your buffs last long enough to fire 2 times.

Probably. There is a pyro planner linked in the OP, it's a lot easier to use that than have people eyeball it for you.

You will get roughly 1.5 sparks between now and then. If you're "newish" there's probably enough first achieves left to get you another half spark, so you can probably spend your remaining spark on the fes banner if you wanted.

The frustrating part of Geburah Insane is that it comes down to critmalding, it's tricky to 1T or even 2T if you don't have the timing down exactly because Satsuki's damage output can fluctuate wildly.
If you haven't reached atleast close to 500hp threshold during the first attack cycle, you need to reset. The same goes for the 2nd and 3rd cycles.
Try to fire off atleast two Satsuki EX's each cycle and keep that radiator from getting cold.
