For as much as people have been asking for 3rd person view, I honestly haven't thought about it at all. But I do think more interactions and opportunities where you see your character doing stuff like eating, partying, etc, in 3rd person would have been nice.

complaints about a busy map so they added more filters to remove icons and delivered gigs in batches with additional rewards.
we'll see what they do next. they havent ruled out more updates. but im certain no matter what they do, someone will be upset.

In short, after 2.0 they added a cyberware capacity mechanic. You could only install a piece of cyberware so long as it doesn't exceed that capacity.
A major way of increasing it was to get cyberware capacity shards which would drop from random enemies, a limited amount of times per level. But it's completely random so you never know when an enemy will drop it. There are also common glitches that prevent you from looting bodies, or enemies that die in ways that leave you unable to loot them (falling somewhere, dying during a chase)
It used to be that a missed cyberware shard would be lost forever and with it your cyberware capacity ceiling would be lowered, since it only checks if you had it drop, not whether you picked it up. I guess it'll be the latter from now on.
