For as much as people have been asking for 3rd person view, I honestly haven't thought about it at all. But I do think more interactions and opportunities where you see your character doing stuff like eating, partying, etc, in 3rd person would have been nice.

For two main reasons, one being that those arms were never meant to be used by the player and as a result the are very low detail in FPP, they clip through clothes, among other issues and the second one is animations and gameplay, cyberwarms don't have arm launcher, mantis blades, etc so they'll be purely cosmetic and couldn't be added in a way that made sense. What I do mean is to have these very basic arms, which wouldn't be harder to implement than a new skintone would be, replace the original arms.
You can change your skin texture and color in the creator, it'd basically work the same way but you'd have a matte color from the elbow down. It'd look basic without any cyberware, but much better if you have some installed.
