Ultron does a lot passively with the bot and right click so as long as he hits things he's probably scoring towards MVP and his ult is both healing numbers and damage numbers on top of charging fairly quickly.
CnD is basically the same thing, veil people for damage and racking up assists by existing, damage numbers if you can trick people into stepping on the good, healing as well and the ult charges less fast than it used to but it's still plenty quick.
If they have an okay burst healer to go with them Cloak can tickle tanks as well from time to time

Ultron is like playing a duelist with bonus support abilities.

In this game, why are is every type of character not rewarded somehow for doing their job? DPS get ult charge from doing damage. Healers get ult charge from healing. As with most things, it depends. I fucking love having a good Hulk, maybe more than any other tank, but Hulk leans on his team harder than most characters, so with the shit healers most matches have and seeing him solo? Holy shit, Hulk is a throw pick. Like NA#1 Hulk would struggle in low to mid ranks. Mag is a lot more self sufficient and certainly much better at solo tank, so seeing him provides some comfort. Similarly, Ultron cannot carry no matter how much Gfuel you snort, but he can make a DPS operating at 100% operate at 115% which is valuable.
