Eruru: Recommend skipping to save for the half-anniversary prifes
She will probably see use in Wind phys, but she doesn't seem to have any unique abilities and Wind phys is one of the easier parties to form currently. For that reason, I only recommend pulling if you have plenty of jewels, are a whale, or Precia is one of your favorite characters. Among the recent limited characters, SPrecia is the easiest to do a "brave skip."
Leonmaru: Strong performance, but not a top priority to pull
SPrecia slots nicely into the "standard" Wind phys party (Fio, Shiori, SPrecia, Wakana, Rei). There will probably be plenty of Wind phys teams that include SPrecia in the future, and she's already seeing use in CB. However, it seems like there won't be many cases where missing her will make you completely unable to form teams. On top of that, she's quite unlikely to be used off element with other elements already having similar units (SRiri, AkiSaren). From a "frequency of use" standpoint, her priority drops quite a bit.
