as for the event stories, the ones after arc 3 started basically kinda a must to read since they put some character development there. Before the arc3, outside the anni event they usually just told fun and whimsical side events stories monthly. But nowadays they dropped heavy lore like the stories of lylael is the real Baraquel that chose to hid inside astrum server to escape the ugly side of humanity she used to love. (which later explained more in her xmas version bond eps)

Those plot points then bleed into the main stories, like the lylael i just mentioned, misora's view with the maidens and herself, etc

That's why i kinda assumed we definitely gonna get lady arachne as the 'half anni' monthly event story at the end of august. And honestly i'm looking for what they gonna do with arachne's sprite size if they decided to make her finally playable. Would be funny if she's gonna have same size as enemy bosses at least (Or she gonna take more than one character slot to use)
