The biggest reason is that I don't think generals are allowed there, other minors reasons: in my experience /vrpg/ is full of elitists and not the good kind, they're all about deciding what game is or isn't an RPG, not a very chill place for action RPGS and it's more about turn-based and/or older RPGs, /vm/ also means we can include DDON without "issues", it just works.

I've paused DD2 for now because I'm currentely alternating between playing through Bungie's Halo games for the first time

The real kicker: I fucked up when making the main character by making him a fighter instead of a mage, which splits the purification table between fighter and mage items.
I was thinking ahead about doing the quest for the savior ring, but fucked myself on that.

So in order to do everything most efficiently, I *need* to get a Ring of Perserverance first, so I can put both rings on my pawn, grind on rabbits to lvl 5 (which should get my pawn around 2200 DP - enough for all boons, or maybe a combo of Halidom + some boons, Blearing + some boons, or Halidom + Blearing) - and should get my main character around 1000 DP, enough to switch to mage.
Once he's switched to mage *then* I can start purifying the armor pieces in hopes of getting the funny hat.

If I really want to be perfectionist about it, I'd solo level my main character up to a point where I can golden dragonforge his gear
