Having something that is funny to say is always good. Tess being I'm Noticing became the funniest thing for commentators to say. I also think there is great value in keeping certain medals around for awhile and names. It can take awhile to build an impression on people and changing things too often can make it so nobody knows what your team is about. So having a few things remain consistent is what gets people to like the team from both the inside and out.

Honestly 95% of names exist because people suggested and snoggers voted for it. Even if we change something, there will always be someone that says the old one was better or something else should have taken it. I was honestly surprised Joe and Pi lasted another season. Joe isn't that relevant to the thread these days but his meme value when people ask why Joe Biden is on the team makes up for it. It is absolutely hilarious. I'm also a big fan of having 2 keepers that are about as different as you can possibly get. Having such huge contrast makes it funnier to compare their success and failure. So far we've been blessed by being able to have every playable girl on the roster since there isn't that many. I want to address some of the complaints I’ve seen on the Korean forum because I know some of you are here too
this game is not about pvp, it's not about character strength, and it's not supposed to be your main game. they call it the "strength party" when people care too much about how strong a character is. it's fine to care about balance, but using that to bring down characters is not something the community over there likes
getting into the 1% isn't hard, and you don't always have to use the most optimal character

Actually its the opposite problem. The characters are way too strong. Every new operative can wipe the screen on a 5 second cooldown by pressing one (or sometimes two) button. Healers makes you practically invincible, so there is no point in trying to dodge or use cover either. You basically don't even have to do anything anymore. The core gameplay mechanics feel like they are only there for window dressing. They know the operatives are completely unbalanced, and that's why they are leaning so heavily into making mini-games as the main form of gameplay content instead.

I still haven't gotten into the 1% ranking whatever you all say "it's easy to get in". It still takes effort to even fight the boss if I am bored enough, and even then I would go from top 32% (doing 4 skips) to top 28%...
I still lack Mauxir and Enya, and the only girl I have fully invested in is Siris M5 with her sig T1, else everyone is fully F2P at around M1-M3. But after a few weeks attempting weekly bosses I figured it's not worth the effort compared to just skipping 4 times and never do them again.
