Noklateo may not be "efficient" but it's really fun if your team knows where to go and doesn't get lost. There's enough to do there and just outside of it for the entire Day2.

I think a Condemned Shifting Earth would be sick, with like half the map having the condemned enemies and invaders, though that might make the Night Invader relic effect a bit too strong unless it's capped.

The letter scaling is a percentage based thing, but now how you are using it. Its never worked that way.
Catalysts sort of explain the scaling better with their over 100 number translating to a percentage. Weapon scaling in ER and stat scaling in NR works the same way. It is a number affixed to create a derived stat. You aren't deducting from a conceptual perfection, you are simply multiplying a base number by an amount.
Duchess' B in FTH doesn't mean she does 80% of Revenant's conceptual 100% in FTH damage, it means her starting FTH stat is loosely in the B tier in how high it scales from level 1. That same B tier can cover a range of stat spreads.

Guardian feels frustrating to play even when I'm using two flasks tops to kill Nightlords.
Having to constantly interact with shitty hitboxes and having to angle the camera to not get deadangled instead of just rolling is annoying as fuck.

balteous was a challenging fight for like 99% of builds. You had certain set ups which countered him and made him way easier to the point you didnt really have to learn how to play the game, otherwise he was a good fight for an actual gamer.
They nerfed him to the point any moron and hold left on the control stick to avoid 99% of his attacks and then you get people like that idiot who say "now any build can beat him!" as if any build couldnt already beat him if played by a competent player.

If you're rocking a halberd, then you can prevent a lot of deadangles by backwards dodging while in steel guard. Even if you get pushed out of range, the charged guard counter of the halberd is amazing for putting yourself back in front of the boss' face.

Character skill is a little bone horn to doot different party buffs, ult makes them go on a rampage like wild strikes with their weapon(s) but advancing faster, hitting way harder, and with near-infinite poise and ~80% damage negation.

I'd also like to see a perfumer or something who is built around item use, someone who can spawn white and blue tier throwables, buffs, and oils as part of their gameplay somehow, like how Ranger in Vermintide 2 spawns bombs. Give all those relics that center around knife throwing and whatnot an actual purpose, and at the same time give us a character with really unique "random bullshit go" style gameplay
The problem with trying to come up with new characters for this game is that the existing ones kind of fill most gameplay niches I can think of
