While hes not the best toplaner overall wukong really beats the crap out of ranged toplaner, all you need is lvl 3.
They can barely do anything about you press e q on them, dodge their piss ability with your 2nd dash and beat them up.

The moment they made literally every skin at least 1350, chromas that are literally just 3 second paste-click recolors for 4$ a pop, and then hiding some of the best chromas behind the world's worst battle pass systems I've ever come across is when things really went to shit.

The reason for Vex being high quality was that it was Riot's excuse to require greater hardware requirements since the game was going to be going through these map / systems transformations and the back end needed some sort of upgrade.

I'm not going to speak from some armchair position of authority but I do have a lot of experience with Aphelios and there is a slight comparison here but not to the extent that I think TA is trying to make.

Yunara is *extremely* fragile. Aphelios has a lot of tools at his disposal to deal with things, has a higher survivability rate, and isn't as reliant on an engage support as Yunara.

On the other hand Yunara is extremely squishy and no, going defensive items etc just hobbles her further (I've tried it in 3 games they were disasters). She needs to build glass-cannon full on crit+AS whereas Aphelios also gets free lethality and a lot of different means of approaching fights. Yunara is quite binary, you are either fighting front to back blasting the frontline with empowered Q's until you can run down squishies or you're waiting for the opportunity to do so.

Aphelios can be a bit more cerebral in the fact that if you have something like White-Blue then you can set up a retreat path. Yunara cannot do this. Aphelios scales to the moon, whereas Yunara will *always* require a ramp up of sorts even if she presses R.

It's more like she has an activatable Go Crazy Jinx Passive instead of Aphelios Without Guns, just my 2c.

Her passive literally deals AP damage on crits, the AP scaling is insane too.
She's an on hit/crit/AP hybrid which is quite unique.
You need crit for her passive.
But you also kinda want to get AP because the AP scalings are insane.
But you also need attack speed and on hit.
But also you want raw damage to make the crits count more and scale better, also because you do zero damage early.
Min maxing a build on a champion like that is not simple and there will be a lot of experimenting.
Expect some AP builds to start popping up as some people in higher elo are already doing that.
