the hard thing about haru to use is that early in the game it's super hard to increase the bond of cards right now and urara suffers from having 0 starting bond. later on in the game, scenarios will give different ways to raise bond much easier so it makes her usable
Training bonus is such an important stat and you'll notice later on in future banners so many supports have their training bonus locked behind the lvl 45/50 wall. And people will always say if you don't get it at lvl 45 or even 50, it's a bust. So just imagine how good 15% is. She's a very high roll scenario card that's really helpful for cross-training. add on to the fact that she has a high race bonus which will be helpful for the MANT scenario, you will see urara used in a lot of decks.

after trying out handful of runs with kitasan mlb I think the bigger perk of the card is the nice skillset and the stat bonuses, not necessarily the rate it gives rainbows. Not much you can do with only 1 rainbow and you still need a lot of luck to get 2+ rainbows.

I am always in A group in every champ meeting. I have never been in B group.
Its not like I don't have meta cards now though.
HOWEVER
The most important thing in champ meeting in the future or even in uma future is getting good parents. The difference between a uma who trained for an s aptitude for the distance in the champ meeting and a lazy trainer who doesn't bother with s aptitude is huge.
For global in the near future the reason I like MANT is because kita is not king over there (5% race bonus).
You might have to borrow kita for like aoharu scenario but after that she's just a nice speed card that you'll eventually be able to cap speed easily anyways.

Main point is, I don't feel the huge BRICK from not rolling for Kita. But I can tell you the biggest brick I ever experienced was not rolling for what we call scenario cards and holy fuck if you don't have these in future gachas, you'll know the true meaning of being bricked. Because without these cards you literally cannot play the scenario properly and borrowing them means you can't borrow strong gold skills from other gacha cards for 6 whole months.
