Is Aoi Kiryuin actually a good card to slot in when there's so many actual skill focused cards? I have a max lb Aoi but I'm very hesitant to stick her into any deck unless it's a crybaby like Rice or Golshi who might get use out of her mood boosts. They're all perfectly viable though, pick with your dick and heart ideally, the trainer, deck and legacies make the uma.
Also be sure to use your selector after you have already obtained and used your random 3 star ticket from the special missions, unless you're fine with picking someone and then potentially getting an unlucky dupe of them later.

Yeah, I mean, you could just say the anime and game are in different timelines and leave it at that, but let me try to give a serious answer.

The anime mostly follows real-life events—like, based on actual race history and even public perception at the time.
Season 1 did pretty well, so the studio leaned hard into the sports drama angle, and they ended up replicating the atmosphere of the racing scene back then. That’s why it turned out like that.

As for the game version: the real-life Tokai Teio was more like a “Vegeta-type” character—kind of prideful, elite, and a bit of a noble brat.
That contrast makes her game version feel really different. Apparently, she really was raised like a little prince.

I might just give up on pulling extra copies of Kitasana and just go for more horses. I prefer opening a horse.

It's a combination of many things
>high initial guage + hint rate + all events give gauge = earlier rainbows
>high training% gives big stat gains even before rainbows
>high specialty lets her appear in speed training more than all other cards
>some mood bonus to top it off (it does basically nothing)
What you also need to take note of is how much she boosts your power from speed rainbows. This is what really makes her broken, since you can get high power without running a single power card.
