That's a tough call, BPD-chan is a good card but also a card that only works in specific situations, it gets walled hard by Ward Haven and Puppet but some decks actually can't deal with a super sticky 5/5 while Rune does the rest of their nonsense.
I typically wait on risky crafts like this, if you open one or have it from the free dick you're fine, but it's not core to the strategy at the moment I feel, you won't be losing a lot of games from not having it until the meta develops more into something that's favorable for it.

Pure ward feels kind of bad to play. Aether is mid as hell unless you got Wilbert crest AND your opponent doesn't draw their good cards (since most classes have AoE full clear and/or board vomit at 7-8pp anyway).
Wilbert is still great even just playing with the storm/amulet build as he is really sticky and Wilbert into Wilbert is very likely to get some chip damage in or setup a good Jeanne turn.
