There should be a scene where Shion is being breastfed by one of the girls (probably Nozomi or Tsubasa). Takumi and Gaku see this and start freaking out. But the girl just gets mad at them and tells them to stop thinking so pervertedly. She says it's normal since Shion is a baby, and starts doting on him. And other girls would excitedly talk about how they will take turns feeding him and stuff.
So Takumi says "Well if he really is just a baby then I guess it's okay..." until he makes eye contact with Shion and Shion makes a little smirk before turning back to suck and grope the boobs. Am I the only one who wants a route with an actual love triangle/circle with those three? They tease Takumi being jealous of Yugamu and Nozomi working so closely a few times, Yugamu’s probably the most respectful to her out of any of the girls and Yugamu wants to fuck Takumi pretty much in every route.
