ionia has only ever been about the ionian war, now that the ionian war is over and progressing from that plot they need a new evil or drama of sorts, they were just lazy and basically gave ionia an entire history of being a war torn nation that was magical since the beginning through yunara and are now pushing her powers she bargained to help her nation become somewhat related to the whole demon/giga weapons across runeterria thing. it's literally an echo of irelias lore but with the added timeline of demons/magic weapons for the past and current, she seriously seems incredibly boring somehow even more than auroroa.

Because the tv show has decided to progress the plot rather than retell something that would've been quite nice actually seeing aka the noxian war and overthrowing darkwill which then splits into demacia and ionia, they've already kinda confirmed demacia and ionia will be next so they're planning ahead since these things take time to produce and develop, especially when storyboarding is the first step before actually making anything.

You just have to realise that you're going to have pretty unwinnable games, and that's not your fault.
You also shouldn't play Ranked on the weekends.
If you're playing more than 2-3 champions, you're already trolling yourself.
If you're between Iron and Gold 2, you definitely want to be playing Mages - though I'm against playing them, it's not your job to do damage and carry that way as a support.
From Gold 2 to Diameme you play Enchanters. If you're playing Enchanters you really want to be playing Milio, Senna, Karma (Go Moonstone not Malignance, and E max first) - these will cover up many mistakes as possible
Tanks only if you're with a duo, or after Emerald 2.
You really need to get into the mindset of playing as a second jungler. You should try to roam every time you back. You don't need to help push the wave. If your ADC isn't having a good game, then play for your mid lane or with your jungler. You definitely want to be roaming for and pinging Grubs.
A bigger tip is to stop blaming your teammates and start asking yourself how you could've played the video game better. Don't focus on them at all, turn off chat and mute everything, it's a distraction and will just bring down your mentality after a while.
If people don't react to your pings, ping directly on them too, and then ping the reason. This gets them to move normally.
You should also learn how to track the enemy jungler since you really don't need to be doing much in lane besides to just live.
Also ping everything, the more communication through pings you do, the better it is for everyone.

I'm currently plat 4, but my mmr was emerald 1 for about 20 games, before tanking back to plat 1 after my loss streak
I frankly, don't know how to play enchanters, other than senna (which I don't even think is an enchanter) out of the ones you mentioned.
I like to play aggressive.
After lvl 3-6 I stay bot until we either shove the wave so it can push into us and adc can farm safe or if it's already under tower i roam immediately.
Whenever I back I path through jungle and look for plays, but they're few and far between
if I leave bot for too long (like for grubs) the adc will get a mental break and either try to 1v2 or not play safe because they get bored, then flame me for roaming and even if i mute all its obvious the adc is pissed and has completely given up (its very subtle, but sometimes they flash in place before running into the enemy tower, which is a pretty good sign)
Now of course this isnt every game, and I try to play for my adc if they're ahead compared to the rest of the team, but it still doesn't mean much if all the other lanes are fed, and even if I roamed and got them a single or a couple kills, it would only be a drop in the well
Not like I'm perfect of course.
Sometimes I fuck up micro pretty bad or don't know what to do macro wise or get caught out or engage thinking my team will follow and die, but it honestly feels that no matter how good i play, it all goes to shit because i have no agency compared to every other role

There was a funny game recently for me, where I caught the enemy jungler on their raptors from a ward, I pinged on top of my jungler that was on our raptors and mid laner, and we collapsed on them while getting their flash out even though we were slightly slow to get there. It just allowed us to snowball even more afterwards.
You play ADC if you want to experience what no / low agency is. It'll also make you a better support.
If your ADC is dying while you roamed, that's generally on them. You didn't control their character to go into the middle of the lane 1v2. Though it is your fault if you leave at the wrong time against a dive bot. For Grubs or anything top it's a bit iffy, if you can get kills and the objective it's worth.
You really want to be trying to force something mid each time you back, whether it be healing your mid laner, forcing a flash out, or even just poking the enemy mid, you're slowly impacting that lane in a positive way. More often than not you're counter ganking the jungler or the support when you do too. It's even better if you come from the top of the river instead of the bottom.

Because modern League philosophy is that resources (including mana) are inherently unfun. Hence most champs have basically no mana issues beyond the first 5 minutes of the game and energy is barely an issue for most energy champs. The game is pretty much just balanced around cooldowns now.
The only fun and interesting resources are stuff like Sett's grit or Tryndamere rage which just serve to empower abilities rather than being a cost to use the ability.
