Red Hood is still good. She's a great burst gen with her innate pierce as a sniper and her b1 is still amazing for high deficit. She's the only decent burst gen for pilgrim tower, I think. It depends but just a blue line probably isn't worth trying to roll line 2 with a 3 rock cost. In this case I would just accept the gear as it is and move on to other pieces. If/when you come back to it, you need to just bite the bullet and lock the 3rd line and roll away the blue ammo to get something in the 2nd slot. If you want to 3 line a piece, its always best go to in bottom, middle, top order for locking. In other words, do not stop rolling until you get a desired stat in the 3rd line, even if you get something good in the other ones. Then, do not stop rolling until you get a stat in the 2nd line, even if you get something good in line 1 like you did.
