One would think after, like, 13 years of League as an ADC main I'd become immune to atrocious support players, but it never truly fades.

I've tried everything: rage (in my first years), positive reinforcement, constructive criticism, simply ignoring them and yet nothing works. So many horrendous support players simply think they're mini-carries and try to pick constant fights or push lanes to enemy tower without vision.

Want to know the absolute best supports I've ever had? They all stayed back, poked the enemy and worked with me to freeze lanes so our jungler could get an easy gank. These people are amazing and take their role seriously. I love them and wish I could give all my honors to these valuable individuals. I feel like so many people get auto-filled into the position and play it like they would in a solo lane.

Anyway, simply needed to vent after losing 6 in a row (which is always a joy because I'm lumped into blame with the 0/8/2 Sona due to guilt by association). Going to hit the gym and play Shadow Warrior like the boomer shooter old man I am.

Well, i make up for it, Last game was a literal brutal.

Thanks, I know they're incredibly strong so I wanted to offset it by making them incredibly limited, and you also couldn't just sit your ass and get them for free. You had to earn them. It also becomes much harder to get super summoner spells when you're behind.
In an average 25-30 game, you should have three super summoner spells. If it reaches 40 min, you should have five since scaling becomes incredibly powerful lategame and you already heavily invested into the keystone.

I'd say most of the time you do that. Its nice to know how to do the other stuff but you can end up fucking yourself by trying. Like you do RE and get a stun instead of just QEWQR and actually killing a priority target with huge burst. Your job as a burst mage is to kill people not set up kills for others.
As for carrying around a ball before a fight imo you should only do that if you actually have purpose for it. Otherwise you are just wastefully putting W on cd which could have been used to blow shit up after a QE.

Yeah thats exactly the point. Like I'm diamond mid main and she is one of my most played champs and I think I have used RE mass stun this season maybe twice. A lot of players fixate on trying to do these super niche plays instead of just the practical stuff that just werks.
