It's not actually as I can solve pink with just borrowing. Unless there is SS in track or distance and it's obtainable at the game atm, I don't think there is a point in continuing this as you are bent on defending awful game design. And yeah i pretty much follow exact same route as far as g1 races are concerned in every run to roll on possibly useful whites. Score deviancy is mostly due to burger flipping 5-20% on training which does not impact triple 600 at the end of the run. Let me guess, you think 5-10% on 3* blues is good design, 0.5% banner without pity is good design, and SSR cards being worthless without multiple copies is somehow good.

NTA but I think after this first month many clubs in the top 100 if they haven't already are going to start implementing quotas - not just to maintain their ranking but also to keep morale in check. Having a player who only logs in twice a week to do one career run is not just a leech but is actively damaging the rest of your club members mentality ("why am I even still in this club when I could be somewhere better where everyone contributes around the same as I do?")
That being said, as to what the quotas would be, no one knows for sure until the month ends. Right now the Top 100 line is at 546m fans. Assuming the same pace is kept up until the final few days where there may be last minute fan rushes for ranking purposes, I'd guesstimate that the Top 100 line will finish at around 900m fans. That's 30m average per member, which seems like an appropriate quota for a club aiming for top 100.

For most people 30m is something like 3-4 runs a day on average - maybe even more if they can't consistently complete campaigns or are spamming sub-200k fan count Sprint/Mile umas.
It's an appropriate amount befitting top 100 status. Top 30 and above is where you'd want to start implementing even higher quotas and where players may need to start optimizing a fan run or two per day.

The key to Biwa is to actually build Guts + Wits for Long races. Big rainbow training sessions on Guts will keep your speed & power at acceptable levels. Since you're stacking Guts, you can skimp a bit on stam as long as you have some early-race recovery skills to carry you until the Guts meter kicks in. I'd either run her as a PC and bring a stam card in the deck, or run her as an LS with a power card.
