also make sprint burst, prove thyself, built to last, deja vu, off the record, champion of light, vigil, distortion, deliverance, overcome, lithe, and botany knowledge basekit. Also remove the exhausted status effect so survivors can be a little more balanced and stack effects. Also make it so that if you DO run any of these exhaustion perks post-basekit implementation, you get an additional 3 seconds of increased speed. The game would still be intensely killer-sided but it'd make things a little more fair for survivors. Maybe also re-add insta-blind flashlights.

These perks are gen regression or pause. These and Aura read are the most popular because they have the biggest effect. Chase perks like Bamboozle are almost always ran on certain killers. If you were to nerf the meta for killers, it's similar to nerfing the meta for survivors, so making every exhaustion perk's haste a second slower.

What perk would you say combos up nicely with Dracula's gameplan? for example, i'd say sloppy butcher pair well with Oni and Ghostface as they rely on their basic attacks, and Infectious fright goes well with instadown killers like Bubba and Hillbilly; but I cant think of something that works particularly well for Drac.

Double iri increases the initial EW 2 to EW 3 by some absurd number, 700% iirc, so you may not even get it before the gens are done. Tombstone reduces your movement by 9% so you also need to build up PWYF. You need to kill all 4 and it has to be the special mori, so even if they're dead to rights, the survivors can screw you out of the achievement by jumping in a locker or finding the hatch. It took me like five games and they were all miserable for both me and the survivors.

For example, a survivor loadout can spend up to 10 tokens on its perks. Any strong exhaustion perk like Sprint Burst or Lithe would cost like 5 tokens, meaning you'd only have 5 left over to fill in the other slots with 1- or 2-token perks like Slippery Meat or Red Herring.
This restriction would make for more variety and depth in both survivor and killer builds.

First of all, the token system would automatically lower the power level across the board, making even meme-tier builds slightly more viable.
Second of all, unused tokens would ideally act as BP multipliers, giving you something like 0.3x more for each one.

There needs to be one generator damage stat, things to trigger it basekit, and this stat is dependent on killer like terror radius or move speed. High mobility killers do little gen damage, weak ones do a lot. Killer too strong? Nerf gen damage stat for them. Too weak? Buff gen damage stat for them. Rather than reworking killers whole kits that people enjoy because winrate stat said so. One stat to change.

It's genuinely disgusting just seeing every single survivor flow into the meta mold every time there grows a consensus on twitter on what is strong every SINGLE survivor runs it. Sprint burst vigil has been in the game for years and now it's literally on every survivor every game.

The problem is more the gen blocking perks than the regression perks. Pop and Eruption are still insanely strong and get run in pro games, the real problem is if you're not in a 4man SWF it's simply not possible to coordinate gen macro to deal with pain res and DMS. The devs really need to focus on hitting things that are specifically harder for solo players to deal with like gen blocking and undetectable.

Out of the hard meta builds that use it it's definitely the most fair of them since
1. you're aware it's in play immediately. you never have to guess anything.
2. it has 1 use that shuts off after a condition is met which also is something that will happen in normal game progression anyway (e.g. not some gay sidequest you have to do, just purely doing gens/chases)

Corrupt is extremely strong but in comparison to Pop, Eruption, DMS, COB, Pain Res, Grim, Nowhere to Hide it's definitely the most fair and balanced perk out of those. The only annoying part how survivors always spawn together now made it a little better than it needed to be but that's more an issue with 80% of the maps in the game being shit than anything to do with the perk or the balance between killer and survivor.
