1) Can someone explain about Specialists? Like, i get it, they use skills from backline. But their stats? How their stats work? I assume they getting added to the Strikers, but no way its 1 to 1. Is it (Specialist+Specialist)/4 or something like that?

2) Upgrading weapons. If i'll have two same characters (x and x[swimsuit]) - they both use same weapons, obviously. But i'll have to upgrade their weapons individually? Or upgrading shared between same characters? How this works?

UE60 should not be too much of a game changer for strikers, which means raids should be fairly safe for now. It might be a noticeable game changer for specials, but we'll have to wait and see. If 1 and 2 star students ever get mood sunglasses for an environment, it might also be worth it for them (I doubt they ever will, though, which sucks)

UE50 is a huge deal when it counts. It adds the aforementioned sunglasses, which is basically "perfect mood" for an environment. This gives an enormous boost to damage and to cover effectiveness, so typically if you have a raid that relies on DPS, having the core DPS at UE50 is necessary to plat the raid on competitive servers

I THINK you basically should be able to, and that Nagisa is likely better than using SFubuki (Nagisa is lower cost). One problem though: Nagi has a defense debuff, meaning you'd need to take that into account if you bring SKanna (basically, you have to use SKanna after using Nagisa, otherwise Nagisa's shitty debuff will replace Kanna's)

You can assume what happens in 90% of them anyway, the point of Blue Archive is to focus on the good and hopeful, not to be bogged down by despair and sadness. A short story of the kids dying over and over, really misses the point of Blue Archive. The point is explicitly to not focus on that sort of thing, to keep things light hearted and to create a happy ending.
