My method is quite a bit work intensive but it's not particularly hard. I settled on a format so now I just boot up the game, rewatch the relevant scenes, write down some notes and fill out the fields.
For example, there was no way that I'd remember from memory Izuna mentioning she likes movies directed by a guy called Shiba Dog Wang Wang, that Tsukuyo was called a beanpole by thug mobs, or that Michiru specifically mentioned being afraid that others would call her an imbecile because of their roleplay. But these little details help a lot in making the bots accurate and say things just right.
