I was abusing intrigue master keys smithing to get Smithing up and be able to forge drwarven gear and upgrade it to legendary, then I did the alteration magelight thing at solitude.

smithing is extremely low value at low levels, you would be better off training almost anything else. The returns on armor rating are ludicrously non-linear so it only gets really good when you are close to the armor cap, so at low levels smithing is only getting you +5 damage on your weapon or whatever.

Guys I'm starting to think that precision is a meme mod. It doesn't fundamentally change much about combat because you don't have much control over the exact placement of your strikes with alternating attack directions, and it has a negative effect on enemy AI where they have less reach than they think they do.
Even worse though is that the mod is apparently abandoned.
It has a billion open bug reports and at least some of them are confirmed to be legit bugs, the most annoying of which that led me to start questioning the mod in the first place is that it causes doubt hits with certain non-vanilla animations.

Well then download wabbajack, look through the modlists, download one you like (easier said than done, they're a nightmare to download unless you have nexus premium), and have fun. They're all like 2000+ mods and 150+ gb.
