Even vacsuits in the fucking vacuum of space do not actually protect your fingers and toes. the "vacuum protection" stat is mostly given by wearing a vac helmet (like 70%) and the vacsuit itself only gives like ~30% so you can use other armors in space as well, and vacsuits DON'T actually cover your hands, feet, fingers, or toes.....

It's the only expansion alongside Biotech (Anomaly also has "content" but the complaint has always been how focused it is on it) to have actual content alongside and shit that's not directly tied to the main gimmick thing. There's a nice mishmash of random stuff (fishing, the new biomes, animals, etc) that individually aren't anything special but together are a nice assortment of random crap that add ambiance. As far as expansion gimmicks go the gravship is a pretty fun thing that opens up a lot of different avenues for runs. I don't think any rimworld dlc is ever worth the actual price but this and biotech at least get close.

I think Dwarf Fortress had better priority systems before Rimworld even started development.
It certainly had a better labor system, although at the same time it goes too far in the other direction and gets ridiculously granular so you have to enable the Gelding labor before your Legendary Gelder will chop the balls off your bulls. But I prefer too much granularity over too little. Hunting and fishing shouldn't be the same labor.

If things are working, a raid should spawn. There's some other commands to spawn raids, but whatever you pick should spawn a raid. If it doesn't spawn a raid, try making some other incidents happen. If nothing works, your game's ability to spawn events has been broken, probably by a mod conflict, and you get to prune your list to find out what needs to go.

I have no clue what you actually need to make a good gravship so I just threw whatever I thought might be nice to have in/on there. I kept getting fucked on the design because every time I thought I was out of gravlite panels somehow I had 100 more stashed somewhere.
