The warp pack is admittedly cool but not that much of a game changer unless you see negating fall damage as an absolute selling point. The volley gun is a worse Tenderizer full stop. Nobody gives a shit about what you can onetap in total mode, we've got more reliable and less gimmicky weaponry for that. Epoch could be cool if it had the right properties but it feels like we'll be waiting five patches before they begrudingly free it from all its stupid handicaps, kinda like the HMG. I'm not mad but we needed more.

I'm gonna stop you there and not even read the rest of the stuff you posted.

Epoch is a fresh way to play, and encourages more than just one shot rockets which mean you can pair it with a dozen of strong reds that can suppliment the AT damage.

Warp pack completely changes how we play the game. EG: Heavy armor being responsive to unavoidable hits, Melee close range builds being able to close the gap near instantly.

The primary enables PP armor with an ap2 high ergo weapon, being the final key to most ap4 / ap3 support weapon builds that pp armor has been looking for.

Arc grenades just make arc armor much more viable and finally flexible enough to stand toe to toe with gas armor as more than just a tesla zap meme.

I did this all the time with my buddy, in fact we thought this was really cool design. The real problem is that this shit wasn't apparent. People didn't go "oh wait can I just combine damage to kill things that are on a nat dick of health"

My belief is that their dev structure is either too lax or completely fucked because it seems like every release / patch they put out seems to be cobbled together from a couple of different teams with either conflict or competing agendas. They probably got in way over their heads and had no idea HD2 was going to blow up the way it did and now they are struggling to cope with tat success. I remember reading some interview where AH talked about Magicka and how there were completely foreseeable developmental landmines they could have avoided, but kept stepping on them all the same. 1. They need to be less threatening at long range, but also it should be harder to kill them from long range. Currently, it's still possible to get sniped from a distance if you're unlucky, particularly since they still aggro from absurdly far away. Currently AT Emplacements are simultaneously the most guaranteed way to kill them and also one of the riskiest ways to engage, because they can still one-shot you from the same distance; it should be double-edged in a different way, AT Emplacement shouldn't be the win button at 400 meters but they also shouldn't be as easy for the Leviathan to counter-battery. If you choose to try to avoid its attention and you're far away, it should be an option.

2. They need to be a LOT more threatening at close range, but with counterplay. For instance, give the ability to warp down enemies if they detect players within a certain range underneath. Give them several rapid-fire guns that can only engage at 100 meters or less but don't one-shot you if they hit. Let its warp disc and smaller guns be destructible to disable their ability to do those things.

3. They should be a lot harder to kill, but also a lot more rewarding when you manage to do so. A really powerful shield should be the default, and a shield generating horn on top that when you destroy will disable the shield just like with Harvesters. Blowing up the side fins and tails should reduce speed and increase turning radius, they become less maneuverable and easier to hit. When you score a kill, you should get an extra mission reward and the next Leviathan shouldn't spawn for at least 5 minutes.

TL;DR Leviathans are under-utilized and boring. They need to have even more battlefield presence, but in a way that's fun and engaging. They need to be showstoppers that make you shit your pants and make you celebrate when you kill one.

1. Eagle 500kg is perfectly fine, doesn't need nerfs or buffs. It's iconic, and I'm fine with it staying that way.

2. If we're talking braindead stratagems, Orbital Laser, Orbital Railcannon and Orbital Napalm have it beat all to hell, with Railcannon being stronger in the AT department.

3. You shouldn't be using red stratagems as AT anyway (Orbital Railcannon being the exception). Use an AT weapon or emplacement for the job, red stratagems are generally for stationary targets or clearing a general area of non-heavy enemies.

There is no such thing as a non-heavy enemy with more than 1,000 HP (toughest is Alpha Commander at 1,000 HP), and the inner radius of OPS is 4 meters. So it already guaranteed kills everything that isn't a heavy within that 4-meter circle.

Again, the issue is that the projectile is also used by SEAF Artillery, Orbital 380 and Orbital Walking, and this is deliberate on AH's part. Buff the projectile itself, and suddenly those barrages are going to become flavor of the month.

Sorry, I dont need to download crutch mods because my hearing isnt drowned out by the constant EEEEEE of severe tinnitus like yours.

Every single stock sound effect I previously had replaced with mods offends my ears. Barrages sound like tiny aerosol bombs when they should sound like large caliber super TNT filled shells that hammer the ground and create shockwaves. Autocannon only makes mechanical sounds but no explosion or gas discharge. All the MGs and rifles sound like paintball guns. Sfx in this game are a travesty, 2/10. Arrowhead should fire their sfx lead and replace em with some of the guys that made the most popular sfx mods.

Basically it was the escort mission we have now, but instead of enemies coming in waves they just came nonstop. Couple that with most of the weapons being fucking useless against heavies and it was a shitshow. There was a way to draw spawns away from the objective by splitting the squad, but most people were too stupid to figure that out.
