Probably a luckgod. But tbf getting them all isn't hard, the main problem is that a lot of character power is locked behind Doll dupes and their unique 3* weapons which you need to roll a separate gacha to get. They have a system to trade in the violet cognigem equivalents for premium gacha rolls but they were really dragging their feet on implementing it for EN, apparently they saw just how much it tanked income in CN when they tried it.

I doubt those will be good later. The way it looks (based on the train roguelite), all out attacks seem to only scale with level, because that damage never changed. It was still ~10k even when every attack otherwise dealt 100k.

I'd assume as we get stronger with better buffs and cards, all out attacks will be a lot less relevant than they might be right now.

If it helps, I did it with Yui, Lufel and Ren with Puppet navigator. Everyone at level 60 with a level 60 weapon, and persona talents at around level 5ish.
Wonder's personas were Sarasvati for sustained healing, Hell Biker for damage if Wonder has literally nothing else to do and Leanan Sidhe for the defense shred, even though I barely used it.
Sarasvati and Lufel kept the team alive, with Puppet helping mitigate the instant kill knife stabs. I timed my attacks such that he spends as little time in the post-crown break stage as much as possible by melting him with Yui and Ren.

Use your next best DPS. I don't think Ann is enough to cut it, if you've been relying on her all this time.
