if you have any other supports that need sig, go for those first
even T2'ing another support's sig weapon is likely to give you more benefit than getting Kaguya sig

Should've been a bit clearer, I meant extra damage that triggers from skill, like spark, pursue electrified and pierced. Her ult doesn't trigger buffs that use shot damage so it's counted as skill damage.
