Obviously, that is atrocious, but the claim of 3k is not entirely true.

The drop-off is insanely. Oh right and that means the claim of seeing a >95% decline in sales in its second year is true too. It's actually more like >98%. And no this isn't normal at all. Three Houses for example sold 2.58 million in 2019 despite coming out mid year, and then was at around 3.5 million by the end of 2020, meaning its sales decline was like 60%.
So overall
